It also provides financing facilities comprising working capital, and letters of credit and guarantee; and credit facilities for the trade and manufacturing, and contracting and real estate industries.

In addition, the company offers debit and credit cards; retail payments; fixed income; equities; FX and precious metals; life, fire, general accident, and medical coverage insurance products; investment banking services, including business plans, feasibility studies, company valuation and restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions; cash management; merchant solutions, such as POS installation, online payment gateway, and smart ATMs; and corporate internet banking, and mobile banking services.

Further, it manages investments, trading transactions, liquidity, foreign currency, and market risks.

The company was formerly known as Société Bancaire Agricole Byblos Bassil Frères & Co. and changed its name to Byblos Bank S.A.L.
