KCB Group PLC, together with its subsidiaries, provides corporate, investment, and retail banking services in the Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

It operates through four segments: Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Treasury, and Mortgages. The company offers current accounts, savings and fixed deposits, consumer loans, and mortgage-based lending products to individuals.

It also provides overdrafts facility; residential and commercial buildings, and other loans; credit facilities in local and foreign currencies for corporate customers; and investments in securities, as well as engages in the funds management activities.

In addition, the company is involved in the trade finance and forex businesses; and participates in investments in treasury bills and bonds from the central banks.

Further, it engages in property ownership and management, nominee, corporate social responsibility, asset management, and insurance brokerage businesses.

Additionally, it provides pay, save, and borrow solutions for individuals, micro, and small and medium sized enterprises; life and general insurance products, including medical, motor, crop, marine, and others; wealth management, advisory, and brokerage services; distribution of collective investment schemes; and pension management services.
