REIT 1 Ltd., established in 2006 as Israel's first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), was created following the approval of REIT structures by Israeli authorities to enable broad public participation in large-scale commercial property investments.

REITs have been widely used globally since the 1960s, and REIT 1 owns and operates a portfolio of nearly 750,000 square meters located in attractive locations and submarkets throughout Israel.

The company’s shares trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol RITI and are included in the Tel Aviv 125 and Tel-Div indices.
