StoneBridge Acquisition II Corporation is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
We currently intend to focus our search for an initial business combination target in the following key verticals: (i) Electronic Commerce, or Ecommerce, (ii) Financial Technology, or Fintech, (iii) Software as a Service, or SaaS, (iv) Renewable Energy, (v) Mining, and (vi) Information Technology, or IT, and IT-Enabled Services.
Our current intended geographic focus is the Asia-Pacific, or APAC, and the Europe, Middle East and Africa, or EMEA, regions.
